The general rules of settlement

Rent of daily apartments in Zaporozhye is available in two variants:
- Apartment booking through our site;
- Settlement upon arrival.

The first variant assumes payment in advance before entering for apartment rent ("Advance payment" see). In day of arrival it is necessary for you to pay all ordered nights minus advance payment. If you have decided to rent daily apartment in Zaporozhye upon arrival, at a meeting with our manager you pay all cost of residing.

Earlier settlement is possible when you make payment of additional days of rent. More later resettlement (till 18:00) is possible at additional payment of half of cost of days of rent, after 18:00 - additional days of rent. Updating of time of settlement and eviction is possible at the advanced order during booking.

Booking conditions

In Zaporozhye, presented on our site, it is possible to reserve any apartment for certain date at term of rent of 3 and more days. In a case when rent term makes 1-2 days, in advance we do not guarantee booking of concrete apartment. In the present state of affairs we offer 3 variants of settling:
- You can pay residing at apartment for three days and, thus, it is guaranteed to reserve the apartment chosen by you in Zaporozhye.
- You can send us inquiry and if we find windows between two reserved dates (for example, in day of your arrival the apartment is just released) we can guarantee to you concrete apartment.
- Settling upon arrival. You can call us on arrival to Zaporozhye (from the airport or station) and we within 15 minutes will offer you free apartments for this time by the day in Zaporozhye. The address and exact cost we can tell only in day of your arrival. It is possible only in the event that you come to working hours, till 19 o'clock. From April till September, and also on holidays (on March, 8th, on May, 1-7st, New year etc.) in Zaporozhye is observed very much a great demand on apartments of hotel type, therefore reserve apartments at least 2-3 weeks prior to your arrival.

For the guaranteed booking and settlement the advance payment is obligatory. After reception of your advance payment (cost of days of rent depending on residing term, see more low), we send you acknowledgement on booking with instructions of your name, dates, numbers of apartment and its address. Booking dates are not transferred.

Advance payment

To guarantee settlement, the client should bring an advance payment:
- For the first days if term of rent is less than 7 days;
- For two days, if term of rent from 7 till 14 days;
- For three days, if term of rent from 14 till 20 days;
- At a rate of 30 % from a total cost of residing if rent term exceeds 20 days.

Without an advance payment we cannot guarantee the reservation. In this case after the arrival in Zaporozhye you can call us and if during this moment there will be free apartments, we with pleasure will lodge you.

At apartment booking by the day in Zaporozhye for the big holidays (New year) on some apartments the advance payment undertakes all term of residing. The advance payment is accepted under the clearing settlement, enters into a total sum and is subtracted at final settlement.

Advance payment terms of return

If for that time while you sent an advance payment, apartment interesting you have occupied, we will offer you an equivalent variant and if it approaches you, we will reserve it if is not present - we will return your advance payment.

The advance payment does not come back, if you do not arrive.

After acknowledgement of booking of apartment in case of cancellation of the reservation the advance payment does not come back.

Receiving your advance payment, we refuse to other clients, wishing to rent apartment on the same period. Rent of apartments by the day in Zaporozhye is in great demand, and if you do not come, we incur losses; therefore at any reason of your refusal, the advance payment does not come back.

Reservation cancellation

In case of cancellation of your reservation the advance payment for 1(3) days of rent does not come back. In case of change of dates of your arrival the advance payment does not come back, previous reservation is cancelled, and the apartment is reserved for new dates.

Viewing of apartments

Viewing at the apartment order by the day in Zaporozhye is carried out only through our site. In the catalogue all apartments available available are presented, each of them has own page with the detailed description and detailed photos.

To your representatives in Zaporozhye we do not make display of apartments, since apartments of hotel type surrender by the day, and to show you apartment when in it there live other people, is unreal. Very much we hope for your understanding of this situation.

Apartment replacement

If for any reasons you will not like apartment in which you have lodged, replacement on similar (if such is free) is possible only next day after your arrival.

Force-majeure

The reserved apartment can be replaced by a receiving party on similar only in case of force-majeure circumstances (failure in the house, in the street, problems with water, an electricity, the apartment is handed over in long-term rent, it is sold, removed with посуточной rent). In case of force-majeure the apartment will be replaced on equivalent - the same class, an arrangement and cost.

Guarantees

In view of the become frequent cases of a deceit of clients the unfair, officially not registered "firms" having sites with apartments in the Internet, we wish to note the following:
- Our project stably works in sphere of hotel service, rent of apartments by the day practices Zaporozhye our company here already more than 5 years; all apartments presented on our site real;
- The presents, any apartment presented in the catalogue, it is possible to reserve photos of each apartment for concrete date by an advance payment of the first days of rent;
- If you plan to stop for the term of not less than 4 days, we guarantee 100 % settling of the client in the apartment reserved by it (excepting force-majeure circumstances, see above);
- We prefer to work with constant clients and we value the reputation, therefore we do not practice empty promises, booking of one apartment with the subsequent settling in another (excepting force-majeure circumstances);
- If we are not assured of booking possibility, we never undertake for such reservation. After reception of your advance payment, we send you acknowledgement on booking with instructions of your name, dates, numbers of apartment and its address.

Transfer

If necessary you can order a transfer. In this case our manager will expect you in the terminal of the airport or at railway station near to your car, holding the tablet (yours name). At the transfer order advance payment entering for this service is necessary. If subsequently you refuse a transfer, the advance payment does not come back.

Settling in apartment of hotel type and payment for residing

If you order the airport railway transfer, our manager will meet you at the airport or at station and delivers you directly in apartment where you should pay rent for all term of residing. If you do not order the airport a transfer, we wait for your call from the airport or station a minimum 40 minutes prior to your arrival to apartment. Our manager leaves directly in apartment and meets you there.

At the moment of settling you pay for the account rent cost for all term of your residing, and leave the document proving the identity which will be returned you in day of your departure. After payment you receive information sheet with the address of rented apartment and a flat key. Payment is made in UAH. If you do not have cash, money from your credit card (the Visa, Master card) you can remove in any cash dispense, travel you can exchange checks in any bank. In day of your departure, our manager will come to apartment to take away a key and to check up serviceability of techniques and furniture.

That is included in residing cost in apartment (daily rent)

The prices for our site are resulted in UAH for days of rent. The price is resulted for all apartments, instead of for quantity living the person. In apartment cost are included: bed and kitchen accessories, towels; electricity, hot and cold water, commission fee for our services.
